Lone Runner Laboratory

'Lone Runner Laboratory' at Experimenter Outpost at Alipore Museum in Kolkata presents a distinguished curatorial showcase featuring the artistic practice of Prabhakar Pachpute. The exhibition brings together carefully selected artworks that capture thematic depth, material mastery, and contemporary cultural discourse.

Set within the historical Alipore Jail complex, this solo installation pivots toward the psychological interior of manual laborers and activists. Blending Orwellian and Kafkaesque allegories, Pachpute hybrid sculptures and charcoal works examine bodily endurance and institutional pressure.

Visitors to Experimenter Outpost at Alipore Museum will experience how the artist(s) navigate regional aesthetics, personal memory, and contemporary formal experimentation. Through nuanced spatial installation, thoughtful lighting, and rich textural engagement, this exhibition stands as a compelling highlight of Kolkata's vibrant cultural season.
